About Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc.

Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. ("NVOS", the "Company") was incorporated in Delaware on November 27, 2000, under the name Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. On February 20, 2008, the Company was re-domiciled to the State of Nevada.

On April 25, 2017, the Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc entered into a Share Exchange Agreement (the "SEA") with all the shareholders of Novo Healthnet Limited ("NHL"), an Ontario Canada corporation, to acquire all the shares of NHL in exchange for an issue of NVOS common stock representing 85% of the total outstanding shares of NVOS at the time of closing.

On May 9, 2017, the Share Exchange Agreement closed and, as a result, NHL became a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc.

Effective July 12, 2017, the Company's name was changed to Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. The Company's corporate headquarters are located in Bellevue, Washington. As a result of acquiring Novo Healthnet Limited, Novo Integrated Sciences has shifted its business operations and mission statement away from developing environmental conservation innovations for the alternative energy sector and instead now focuses its resources and business operations on the implementation and expansion of the Company's mission to build a U.S. and Canadian based multi-disciplinary primary healthcare service provider of high-quality specialized healthcare services and products through the integration of technology and medical science.
